All Sales are final and title of product passes to you upon receipt of product. Return of product may only be made for defective products. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option. Under no circumstances may a product be returned for Full Credit. Incompatibility Returns; If a product is not compatible, you may return the product within 30 days only for an 80% credit of the product purchase price. This credit will not include shipping or handling or rush charges. Any other Return for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.Shipping and Handling and Rush Charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.Products may be returned to our store for repair or replacement in the following manner: Returns to Yellowbus Solutions Ltd must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, no returns will be allowed or accepted. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by Yellowbus Solutions Ltd for return. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or full or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a £35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage and sent insured via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. We will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Yellowbus Solutions Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yellowbus Solutions Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £2000.00 (Sterling) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Switch. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Yellowbus Solutions Ltd. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. For your protection, we will only ship to the billing address of your Credit Card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order. Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques, Company Cheques, & Personal Cheques - Yellowbus Solutions Ltd accepts money orders, cashier's Cheques, personal Cheques, and company Cheques in UK Sterling only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's Cheque. For personal and company Cheques, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a £25 fee on all returned Cheques.
Yellowbus Solutions Ltd does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with shipping company.
Shipping Rates & Terms

Hardware, Software, Electronics, and Clearance products usually ship via Parcel Force - tracking information provided when available.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possibly however it may take 5 business days for your order to be despatched. Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Yellowbus Solutions Ltd shall automatically charge UK V.A.T to every order. In the event of a partial refund, the applicable sales tax will also be refunded.
If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is in working condition it will be sent back to you. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware & software products as well as to the technical support departments of the manufacturers.

- All complaints will be investigated immediately, we will aim to reply to all other queries within 2 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 5 working days.
- At Yellowbus we like to think we get it right all the time, every time but the truth of it is everyone gets it wrong from time to time. We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our customers. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

- Yellowbus charge £30 per domain name which covers a 2 year period. We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration of transfers.

- Renewals, we will email the contact of the account 45, 30, 15 and 1 day before your domain name is due to expire to ensure you have optimum time to evaluate if you would like to keep the domain name. Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to reply to one of the automated emails confirming you are happy to renew.
- You, the client are responsible for ensuring we have the correct contact details for your domain name and Yellowbus Solutions Ltd take no responsibility if your domain namr renewal fails due to yourt contact details being incorrect.
- We will assume that a lack of response to renewal reminders is confirmation that you no longer need or require the domain name and after 30 days your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name but with an additional redemption fee of £30 + VAT. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar. Yellowbus Solutions Ltd will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name.
